How long have you been in business? ...and in this program?
We have been in business for nearly 6 years and have been in the test marketing stages of this newest division since June of 2001. It has only been announced to a few select individuals very recently. We will begin a nationwide advertising campaign promoting this new division in January of 2002.
Please explain the ROYALTIES in more detail. What are they exactly and how are they determined?
Basically, music royalties are monies paid every time music is sold or used in any way, shape, or form. ASCAP, BMI, and The Harry Fox Agency are a few of the compaines that regulate this activity worldwide.
I'm not sure how the BASIC MATRIX works. Could you please explain this to me in greater detail?
The Basic Matrix is a 2x2 force filled matrix, which means there are two sales on your first level (directly underneath you) and 4 sales on your second level (2 underneath each of the 2 on your first level) for a total of 6 sales. Each sale represents a $50 purchase of our CD of the month. $200 is generated on level 2 from the 4 sales at $50 each. $100 is paid back to you (doubling your money)
from the $200 leaving $100 left-over which is used in the following way:
$50 to RE-ENTER you into the matrix and $50 for product costs, royalties, and company profit.
Do you have to enter the matrix in order to purchase CD's? Or to secure a territory? Or both?
The Basic Matrix, Master Matrix, and Distributorship are plans which work seperately. You do not have to be in one in order to be in the other.
Is there a minimum number of CD's you must purchase? Does one have to secure a territory in order to purchase CD's?
There is a minimum of 100 CD's you must purchase at a time if you are purchasing at wholesale prices. One does NOT have to secure a territory in order to purchase CD's; however, the purchaser CANNOT sell CD's in a territory that has already been reserved.
If purchasing over 100 CD's, is there a price break/discount on the $5?
There are price breaks when purchasing 5000 or more CD's ~ $4 each
Is selling and stocking music stores with CD's the only way to make money in a territory?
No. We recommend FUND-RAISERS to begin our marketing campaign. There has already been tremendous success moving our product using this strategy. Other alternative outlets that carry CD's include but not limited to coffee shops, book stores, convenient stores, department stores, flea markets, etc.
Please clarify the difference between a Distributorship (territory owner) and a Royalty Share/Master Matrix Position.
A Distributorship (territory owner) receives commissions of $5 per CD sold in their particular territory while Royalty Shares/Master Matrix participants receive royalties from ALL CD sales and radio airplay in ALL territories worldwide.
